Carl Stahl A/S is aware that you have the right to know, how your personal information is used and handled.

Our privacy policy secures that all information we receive are stored responsibly, remain confidential and are used for the original purpose only.

The website

Our website is created to provide you with information about the products we sell, and we do not collect any personally identifiable data, unless they are given to us voluntarily and intentionally, and they are not shared with third parties outside the Carl Stahl organization.

If you choose to sign up for our newsletter or order catalogues/brochures through our website, we may ask you to state your name, address, company, e-mail address and phone- or fax number. This information will be used solely for the purpose you have given it. When signing up for the newsletter, you are always able to opt out of this again.

Links to other websites

Our website contains links to websites of our collaborators. We see these links as credible, and do our best to secure that all links will direct you to the correct destination. However, we cannot guarantee for the content on these websites and advice you to read their privacy policy.

The Carl Stahl portal

Upon request, you can gain access to the Carl Stahl portal, where we maintain registrations on the equipment we inspect for our customers. Your login to the portal consists of an e-mail address and password of your own choosing, and which we will have no knowledge of.

Customers and suppliers to Carl Stahl

When you are a customer or supplier to Carl Stahl A/S, we store the following information about your company and personnel in your company which we are in contact with:

  • Company name and address
  • Phone number and e-mail addresses for contacts
  • Customer- and supplier number
  • CVR number
  • Banking details (suppliers)

These data are solely used to administer and deliver products, services and support, and they are processed in accordance to the current legislation.


It is possible to send us an unsolicited application through our website at We store unsolicited applications for up to 6 months, after which these are deleted. If we wish to save applications for longer than 6 months, we will not do so without your permission, and will contact you for your consent.

We continuously try to improve our website, and if you have any suggestions or comments regarding this, you are always welcome to contact us.

You have the right to contact us at any time, in order to know which data we have registered about you.

You also have the right to object, and ask us to delete these data. Please contact us through e-mail or through our customer service at phone +45 76 24 02 34.

If you should feel unjustly treated, you are able to file a complaint online through the Danish Data Protection Agency’s website.

These are your rights according to the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data until the EU General Data Protection Regulation become effective at 25th of May 2018, and hereafter according to this.
